Last weekend, Mudtrekker requested the Orang Asli to show us how they cook rice with Nyirik leaves and bamboo collected from the jungle. The taste is unique. With the absence of electricity or gas, this is how is done.
Firstly, Lynn cleans the Nyirik leaves.
