Chinese Love Song singing contest held in conjuction with Mid Autumn Festival (Moon Cake Festival) at Genting Highlands last Sunday.

The river running along this walkway at Sungai Klah Hot Springs is steaming hot.

Sungai Klah Hot Springs. The water in this 135 square feet main pool, is a combination of hot springs water and cold water.

Dev Prasad and his wife Yoges danced their hearts out at their wedding dinner. Their friends, families and relatives danced as well.

Upon reaching the waterfall at Kuang, Richard said to me, "Don't worry, there are no leeches here". Just after listening to that statement, I saw a snake with a frog in its mouth. I looked at Richard and he quickly said, "Hey I did not say there are no snakes in the water..."

This is the Polaris 500cc Scrambler ATV...."Powerful". These things can go almost anywhere.

Richard and Elle took us out for a ride on their ATVs (All Terrain Vehicle). It was a 1.5 hours breath taking off road ride from the Kuang town to a water fall located in deep in the middle of a palm oil plantation. Very fun...very very fun.

This Golden Web Spider was just a few steps away from our chalet. Its web is so strong that can last for years and can sometimes trap small birds.

A panoramic view from the top of Warisan Hill, Taman Negara. It took us about 1.5 hours to hike up this 380 meters hill. We were exhausted when we reached the top, which was a testament to our lack of exercise. This panorama is a combination of 4 photos, giving nearly 180 degrees of view.

There is a small river running through Nusa Camp. Took this photo at dusk when it is almost dark.

While jungle trekking to Warisan Hill, we saw a few marks on a tree. The local trekking guide told us that these are claw marks left by a bear, climbing up.

Took the long "Merdeka" weekend to visit Taman Negara. A dip in the river after a long day of hiking was a necessity.
